Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the The Coupon Hub website and browser extension. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

The Coupon Hub is a browser extension that automates clipping digital coupons on grocery retailer websites where you already hold an account. It clicks the same buttons you would click yourself. It does not create discounts, guarantee any particular coupon will be available, or interact with your payment at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Subscription, trial and billing

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required at sign-up so the subscription can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at $2.95/month until cancelled.
• Prices are in USD and exclude any tax that may apply in your region.
• If we change the price we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Cancel page. Cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged. If the extension stops working for your store and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will refund your most recent month.

Your licence key

• Your key is personal to you and may be activated on 1 device at a time. You can move it to another machine whenever you like by resetting your devices from the dashboard.
• You may not share, resell, publish or sublicense your key. Doing so allows us to revoke it without refund.
• Keep your key confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out with it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass the licensing system
• redistribute or repackage the extension
• use the service to interfere with, overload or damage any retailer's systems
• use the service for any unlawful purpose

Relationship with retailers

We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any grocery retailer, and all retailer names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Important: your use of each retailer's website remains subject to that retailer's own terms of service. Some retailers restrict automated interaction with their sites. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those terms, and we are not liable for any action a retailer takes in respect of your account with them.

Availability

We work to keep every supported store functioning, but retailers change their websites without notice, and a change can temporarily break coupon loading for a store. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability for any particular retailer. We monitor for breakages and deploy fixes as quickly as we can.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. If we terminate without cause we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We will email active subscribers before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
